Sourceholder Intake

Request a Sourceholder intake

I understand that this request is voluntary and does not create an obligation.

Clarity before source space is opened

A Sourceholder Intake is meant for people, entrepreneurs, project carriers, makers, spaces or organisations who may want to make something available within a clear and voluntary field structure.

A sourceholder may carry access to a source.

That source may be time, space, stock, materials, knowledge, tools, production capacity, financial carrying capacity, network access, responsibility, location, land, equipment or another form of practical capacity.

The intake helps make clear what can safely be made available, under which conditions, and where boundaries are needed.

The purpose is not to pressure a sourceholder into giving more.

The purpose is to protect the source, the field and the people involved.

Why sourceholder clarity matters

A source can only remain healthy when its limits are visible.

When source space is opened too quickly, too vaguely or without clear conditions, pressure may grow.

People may assume access that was never agreed.
Capacity may become overloaded.
Costs may become invisible.
Responsibility may move to the wrong person.
Return flow may not be clear enough.
Good intention may slowly become strain.

A Sourceholder Intake helps prevent that.

It makes the source readable before it is asked to carry more.

What the intake looks at

A Sourceholder Intake may look at:

  • what source is being carried;

  • who carries responsibility for that source;

  • what may be made available;

  • what may not be made available;

  • available capacity;

  • boundaries;

  • cost;

  • risk;

  • responsibility;

  • timing;

  • possible return flow;

  • conditions for access;

  • whether automatic approval is possible;

  • when human review is needed;

  • when the source space should pause.

The intake does not decide for the sourceholder.

It helps the sourceholder define clear and safe conditions.

For whom

A Sourceholder Intake may be useful for:

  • entrepreneurs;

  • makers;

  • ateliers;

  • land or space holders;

  • people with tools, stock or materials;

  • people who carry a project, room or network;

  • people who want to support a field without becoming overloaded;

  • sourceholders who want to define clear boundaries;

  • people who may want to connect source space to DKWS later;

  • people who want to understand what they can safely offer.

It is especially useful when someone feels:

“I may have something to offer, but I need clarity before I open it.”

What you receive

Depending on the size of the request, a Sourceholder Intake may result in:

  • a short sourceholder overview;

  • a map of the available source space;

  • clear boundaries;

  • possible access conditions;

  • risk and cost notes;

  • capacity notes;

  • return flow considerations;

  • suggestions for safe participation;

  • questions that still need to be answered;

  • a possible next step.

The goal is not to make the source heavy.

The goal is to make the source safe, clear and carryable.

Source space and DKWS

Within DKWS, source space should never be assumed.

A sourceholder decides what can be made available, how much can be made available, under which conditions, and when a pause is needed.

Draagwaarde may move within a field, but source space only opens where the sourceholder has made that space clear and carryable.

This protects both sides.

It protects the people who seek access.

It also protects the person or organisation carrying the source.

What this is not

A Sourceholder Intake is not accounting.

It is not legal advice.

It is not tax advice.

It does not replace contracts, bookkeeping, invoices, wages, trade agreements or professional financial guidance where those are needed.

It helps make source space, capacity, contribution, responsibility and boundaries clearer before practical exchange begins.

Request options

Light Sourceholder Intake — from €111
For a first orientation around a possible source, space, capacity or offer.

Compact Sourceholder Intake — from €222
For a clear sourceholder question that needs basic structure, boundaries and next steps.

Structured Sourceholder Intake — from €555
For a more serious sourceholder situation where capacity, risk, cost, responsibility, return flow and access conditions need to be mapped carefully.

Extended Source Space Setup — on request
For larger source spaces, groups, rooms, production capacity, Luma Field Setups or DKWS-related structures.

A request is free to make.

A question is only a question.

No participation, payment or source opening is created unless both sides clearly agree.

Request a Sourceholder Intake

To request a Sourceholder Intake, please include:

  • your name;

  • your email address;

  • the source, space, project, business or capacity you carry;

  • what you may want to make available;

  • what should not be made available;

  • who is involved;

  • what responsibility you carry;

  • what feels unclear or risky;

  • which costs, limits or conditions are already visible;

  • whether return flow may be needed;

  • what you want to clarify first.

After your request, we can look at which form fits best.

No pressure.

Only the next clear step.
